Fellowship programme for youth with disabilities

Included in its silver jubilee, the National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People (NCPEDP), in cooperation with all Azim Premji Foundation, has established a three-year Assistant programme for youth with disabilities.
The NCPEDP-Javed Abidi Fellowship on Disability is offered to applicants appearing to create a livelihood in the growth industry, specially handicap rights and addition, ” stated a news release. The initiation of the fellowship additionally marks the birth anniversary of NCPEDP’s former manager the overdue Javed Abidi.
The Assistant programme is currently available to people aged between 18 and 28 with disabilities. Selected fellows will be given a monthly stipend up to $25,000. The final date to apply is August 1 1, 2021, said the news release.
